By our assessment, that makes it more about ownership, regional reach, and balance-sheet structure than about a distinctive customer-facing product. The trade-off is that the real business can be hard to read from the name alone, and for outsiders it is all corporate frame with very little texture. It belongs beside other regional bancshares names, and the people who care most are usually investors, regulators, and local customers who already know the bank underneath.
