By our assessment, it suggests a trading company, so the reader at least gets the right broad lane: buying and selling rather than manufacturing or services. The downside is that the name is still generic; it could fit many ordinary trading outfits, and nothing in it says what is traded or how the business differs. In practice, that makes it easy to file and hard to remember. Against more branded firms it feels plain, and against a purely personal name it is better because it actually signals a commercial role.
