Paritet

Paritet is a stripped-down company name, and that usually means the business wants to stay broad or nondescript. By our assessment, it is the sort of name that can fit many kinds of firms — finance, trade, consulting, services — without telling you which one is real, and that flexibility is both its strength and its weakness. The strength is memorability: one short word is easy to keep in mind and easy to place on a logo or letterhead. The downside is obvious enough, because the name gives almost no clue about what the company does, so it relies on context to do all the work. In practice that makes Paritet feel formal and slightly old-school, more like a corporate shell than a brand with a public face. It sits closer to a registry label than to a company that explains itself.
