PREMIER MANAGEMENT

PREMIER MANAGEMENT is the kind of name that could sit on a block of flats, a letting office, or a corporate services letterhead, and that looseness is both its strength and its weakness. By our assessment, it sounds orderly and administrative, which is exactly what management firms usually want to project. The problem is that it says almost nothing about what is managed: property, people, projects, estates, or something else. In practice, that leaves the name neat but generic, more like a label for a filing cabinet than a description of a service. Compared with a specialist management agency, it is broader and less useful at the first encounter. It works best when the client already knows the business behind it, because the name itself does not do much explaining.
