PLMINCTD has the feel of an internal corporate code that escaped into the wild and had to serve as a public name. By our assessment, that can work for paperwork or registry use, but it is a hard fit for ordinary people because the string gives no clue about industry, service, or purpose. In practice it is the kind of name that makes a reader stop and look for the real company behind it, which is not ideal if the goal is easy recognition.
