PETERSEN, SCOTT R

PETERSEN, SCOTT R has the feel of a person-name filing, not a company with a clearly described public role. By our assessment, there is no enough public shape here to praise a product, a service, or even a business line with confidence. The advantage is only that the name is precise and easy to pin down in a list. The drawback is equally plain: without more context, there is no way to know whether this is a professional practice, a registered business, or simply a record of a name. In practice, the item gives a directory impression rather than a consumer one. It sits in the category of bare identification, and that makes it too thin for anything more than a cautious middle rating.
