OT RECRUITMENT LIMITED

OT RECRUITMENT LIMITED is the sort of company name used by a recruitment firm, so the natural assumption is staffing, hiring support, and matching employers with candidates. By our assessment, that is a plain, useful business when it is run well, because recruitment lives or dies on clear screening and sensible placement. The downside is equally familiar: this kind of firm depends on the state of the job market and on how well it can judge fit, which is never a neat science. In practice, recruitment businesses work through vacancies, CVs, interviews, and a lot of follow-up rather than anything flashy. It sits in the middle between job seekers and employers, closer to a broker than to a product company. OT RECRUITMENT LIMITED is the kind of name that tells you the function, not the shape of the whole operation.
