ORGANISATION OF DEFENSIVE INNOVATION AND RESEARCH (SPND) is a defense-oriented research body, so it belongs to the world of state security, technical development, and controlled laboratories rather than ordinary business. By our assessment, its value would lie in concentrated technical work, where research and engineering matter more than public-facing polish.
