OPENJOBMETIS SPA AGENZIA PER IL LAVORO lives in temporary staffing and recruitment, especially where employers need people fast and workers move through short assignments. By our assessment, its real strength is matching labor demand with available candidates and handling the administrative side of that match. The downside is built into the model: agency work can be insecure, transactional, and dependent on the state of the job market. In practice this kind of company feels like a switchboard between firms and workers, with contracts, placements, and replacements happening constantly. It sits among employment agencies rather than general consultants, and it is most relevant where flexible staffing matters more than long-term headcount.
