ONLINE COMPANY FORMATIONS LIMITED is a formation agent in the plainest possible sense: the sort of company people use to set up a new limited company without dealing with the paperwork themselves. By our assessment, that makes it useful in a very specific, mechanical way — it handles incorporation forms, company-name checks, registered-office details, and the other dull bits that come with starting a business. The downside is equally clear: it is a back-office service, not a substitute for legal advice, accountancy, or a proper plan for what the new company will actually do. In practice these services are tidy and transactional, with forms, templates, and guided steps doing most of the work. It sits beside other company-formation agents and company-secretary services, usually competing on speed, clarity, and how much hand-holding they offer. The name tells you almost everything, which is useful here, and not much more.
