NEWBERY ROBERT

NEWBERY ROBERT has the plain, personal look of a name used for a small business or professional practice, and that is exactly the point. By our assessment, its strength is that it keeps the branding out of the way and lets the person be the face of the operation. The downside is obvious too: outside a known context, it says almost nothing about what the company does. In use it is spare, formal, and a little old-fashioned, which can suit a local practice better than a broad consumer brand. Compared with a descriptive name, it gives less help to strangers and more room for an already established reputation to matter.
