Melehovói IK-6

Melehovói IK-6 is another correctional institution identified by a numbered label, so the main thing it gives away is its role inside the penal system. By our assessment, it is a strict institutional place, built for supervision and routine rather than for comfort or public use. That makes it plain and legible, but also narrow: there is no broader consumer side to talk about, because this kind of facility is defined by restriction. In practice the experience is administrative, controlled, and not meant to feel friendly. It sits in the same category as other prisons and colonies, and the rating stays modest because that is all the name safely supports.
