MULTI CONSTRUCT RENOVATIONS LIMITED is plainly a renovations and construction outfit, the sort of firm people turn to for repairs, refurbishments, and rebuilding work rather than fresh design. By our assessment, its real strength would be hands-on building know-how, because renovation jobs often depend on solving messy existing conditions instead of starting clean. The downside is equally concrete: this is the kind of work where surprises on site can chew up time and budget fast. In practice, such companies live in kitchens, façades, walls, and utilities that already exist, which makes the work more irregular than new-build construction.
