MAA RESTAURANTS LIMITED

MAA RESTAURANTS LIMITED points to hospitality rather than retail, so the name already puts it in the restaurant world. By our assessment, that is useful because it tells you the company is meant for dining, service and menu-led business instead of fast moving goods. The limit is that it remains very generic, with no clue about cuisine, format or price level, which is a common issue with corporate names in this sector. In practice, that means the name is easy to place but hard to picture: it could be a single dining room, a chain vehicle or simply an administrative holding company. Against more distinctive restaurant brands, it gives away almost no character. The plain truth is that MAA RESTAURANTS LIMITED is descriptive at the widest level and no further.
