By our assessment, its main strength is the home-health model itself: nurses, aides, therapy visits, and practical support that happens where the patient lives. The obvious limit is that home health is narrower than full hospital care and depends on the home setting, family coordination, and the kind of services that can actually be delivered there. In practice it means scheduling visits, managing medications or mobility support, and working around someone’s daily routine. Compared with a hospital or rehab centre, it is care that comes to the person instead of pulling the person in.
