LUHANSK ECONOMIC UNION

LUHANSK ECONOMIC UNION looks like the name of a regional economic body, something meant for coordination, trade links, or industry cooperation rather than a consumer service. By our assessment, the plain strength of a name like this is that it tells you the field and the geography at once. The obvious limit is that it still does not say what powers it has, who belongs to it, or whether it is a real working union or just a formal label. In practice, such names tend to belong to meetings, statements, and coordination work more than to anything a casual person would touch. Compared with a business or brand, it is administrative and institutional, and that is exactly the register it uses. It is the sort of title that identifies a desk in the system, not a product on the shelf.
