LAVALLEY TODD G.

LAVALLEY TODD G. feels like a person-name filing, the sort of company entry that exists to distinguish one owner or practice from another rather than to advertise much of anything. By our assessment, that makes it clear enough for records, and not much else. The obvious downside is the lack of any clue about trade, service, or specialty, so the name does not do the orienting work a stronger business name would do. In practice it is plain and forgettable, which is often exactly what an administrative entry wants. Against more descriptive company names, it sits at the bare minimum. It is for recognition first and presentation never.
