LABBELS RECRUITMENTS LIMITED is a recruitment company, so its job is matching employers with candidates and handling the dull but necessary middle part of hiring. By our assessment, that is a useful niche when it is done with clear screening and realistic role fit, because good recruitment saves time on both sides. The weak point is built into the field: if the brief is vague or the candidate pool is thin, a recruiter can only do so much with it. In practice these firms live on calls, shortlists, CVs, and follow-up, not on glossy branding. It sits alongside other agencies and staffing firms, and the name itself points to hiring rather than a broader HR service.
