L., Hart. Dave

L., Hart. Dave looks less like a public-facing brand and more like a filed business name with a person’s initials, surname, and first name broken out in a clipped way. By our assessment, that makes it the sort of company entry people notice only when they need a legal or registry-style identifier, not a polished consumer label. The downside is obvious: the name tells almost nothing about what the company actually does, so there is no real way to judge the service from the title alone. In practice, that often means the business may be small, personal, or operating under a very spare naming style. It sits closer to a record than a brand, and the plainness is the main thing it has going for it.
