JSC NNK

Across the Russian oil business, JSC NNK is associated with an integrated company rather than a single fuel product: its activities span oil production, processing and the sale of petroleum products. That range connects the supply of crude with the fuels and other products that reach wholesale and retail markets. For customers, the name is less familiar than the large consumer-facing fuel brands, while its role in the industry is more substantial than a filling-station chain alone. By our assessment, having several stages of the oil business under one corporate umbrella is a real strength, though it also ties the company to a resource-heavy industry with exposure to changing market conditions. Its public profile is chiefly that of an oil producer and supplier, not a general-purpose energy service. The different stages of its business run from crude oil to refined products sold into the market.
