By our assessment, it stands out for sheer institutional reach and the range of products a big Wall Street firm can put in front of clients, from trading to execution and deal support. The trade-off is plain: this kind of platform is built for scale, paperwork, and professionals, so it is not a light touch or a simple retail shop. In practice that means formal processes, plenty of account friction, and a very corporate feel. Compared with smaller brokerages, it offers more depth but less ease, and the ceiling is set by how much complexity a client is willing to live with.
