Imperial Legion

Imperial Legion is blunt enough to be memorable, and that is its main strength as a name. By our assessment, it suggests a disciplined, hierarchical organization with a military flavour, which is exactly the sort of signal such a title wants to send. The trade-off is that it is so stark that it can feel generic, because many groups and fictional bodies could wear the same words. In practice it has very little softness: it sounds formal, hard, and defined by rank rather than openness. Against the longer Russian-language versions, it is cleaner and more international, but also less specific. That makes it useful as a short label and weaker as a precise explanation of what the body actually is. It is memorable, but it leaves the substance to the context around it.
