IRIDESCENT CO LTD

IRIDESCENT CO LTD sounds like a holding name or a compact trading company, the kind that keeps its identity broad and its public footprint light. By our assessment, that can be a neat advantage for a firm that wants a clean, simple label, but it also leaves outsiders with very little to go on. The concrete downside is the same one common to many such names: you cannot tell whether it sells products, provides services, or sits somewhere in between. In daily use, a name like this tends to show up on business records rather than on a shelf or a storefront. It belongs to the large class of private companies whose names are easy to file and hard to read. The company is all outline, with little clue to the work behind it.
