INSPIRED BY SPORTS CIC

INSPIRED BY SPORTS CIC looks like a community-interest company built around sport, likely for local activity, participation, coaching, or outreach rather than profit. By our assessment, the good part is that a CIC format usually signals a public-minded purpose, which matters in grassroots sport where access and consistency are the real value. The downside is that the name is broad and a bit slogan-like, so it tells you almost nothing about the sport, the age group, or the exact programme. In practice, this sort of organisation can be hands-on and local, with more sessions, coordination, and volunteers than glossy branding. It sits closer to community clubs and social enterprises than to commercial gyms or elite sports brands. If someone wants something neighbourhood-sized and purpose-led, this kind of company is the right shape; if someone wants a narrowly defined sports service, the name leaves too much open.
