Hortensia

Hortensia is an ordinary company name with a soft, decorative feel, and that already tells you most of what is visible from the outside. By our assessment, it works best as a label for a small brand, studio, or boutique-style business that wants something calmer than a hard commercial title. The downside is just as plain: the name gives almost no clue about what the company sells, so it needs the rest of the identity to do the heavy lifting. In practice it is the sort of name that can look pleasant on a sign or a website, while still saying very little on its own. Compared with more explicit corporate names, it trades clarity for atmosphere, and that trade only works when the business has something else to anchor it. The mark is friendly, but the information content is thin.
