By our assessment, it sits in the narrower end of chiropractic practice: clear enough in what it offers, but still limited by the fact that adjustment-based care does not solve every cause of pain. In practice that means short visits, a physical exam, and a lot of attention to posture, movement, and repeat appointments. Its strength is the directness of the work; its weakness is that results can depend on the problem being the right one for this kind of care. It is more specialized than a general physical therapy office and less broad than a full medical clinic, and the name itself makes its focus obvious.
