HOMESPACE DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED points to the kind of firm that handles renovations, extensions, and other building work for homeowners who want one contractor to cover both planning and execution. By our assessment, that mixed design-and-build model is its main strength, because it can keep a project from bouncing between separate people for drawings, estimates, and the actual build. The trade-off is the usual one: once design and construction sit under the same roof, the client depends heavily on how disciplined that team is about budgets, changes, and site coordination. In practice this kind of company lives in drawings, schedules, trades, and late decisions, so the work is more about organization than inspiration. It sits between an architect-only practice and a pure builder, and it makes sense for people who want a single point of responsibility instead of managing every piece themselves.
