HIGH DRIVE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is the kind of staffing business that lives on matching employers with candidates, and the name puts the emphasis on pace and push. By our assessment, recruitment firms are good at pipeline work: sorting CVs, arranging interviews, and filling roles faster than a company can do alone. The trade-off is that recruitment is only as good as the market it works in, so the ceiling is tied to demand, trust, and the quality of its placements. In practice, it means phone calls, screening notes, follow-ups, and the steady grind of fitting people to openings. It sits squarely among agency recruiters rather than in any in-house HR role. HIGH DRIVE RECRUITMENT LIMITED sounds energetic and commercial, with the whole business resting on how well it can move candidates through the process.
