Global Corporation is the sort of name that says almost nothing, which is a problem if the goal is to know what a company actually does. By our assessment, it is an especially generic corporate label, useful for filing and nearly useless for recognition, because it could stand behind almost anything from manufacturing to services. The practical downside is that there is no clear category signal, so a reader has to look elsewhere for the real business.
