By our assessment, the problem is that the title alone does not show whether it is a real regulator, a private body, or simply a brand borrowing the language of commissions. In practice that makes it hard to place and even harder to trust at a glance. The phrase “financial commission” is doing most of the work, while the rest of the name adds little clarity.
