GORDITAS CHIWAS

GORDITAS CHIWAS looks like a food business built around gorditas, so the likely audience is people buying casual Mexican-style food rather than anyone looking for formal dining. By our assessment, the name has a clear street-food energy, which is a strength if the cooking is fresh and quick. The downside is that a name like this tells you almost nothing about consistency, menu range, or whether it is a stall, a restaurant, or a packaged-food brand. In practice, the whole thing is probably judged by a few simple items done well and served without fuss, which is exactly where this kind of business can be good or fall flat. It sits closer to everyday comfort food than to anything polished.
