GAUGHAN GROUP LIMITED

GAUGHAN GROUP LIMITED sounds like a holding or umbrella company name, the sort that may sit over a mix of operations rather than selling one clear product to the public. By our assessment, that structure can be useful because a group can organise several activities under one roof and keep the day-to-day business separate from the name on the door. The downside is that umbrella names are often opaque from the outside, and without a specific line of business there is little to pin down beyond the corporate shell. It sits at the broad company level, not at the level of a single service people can picture easily. GAUGHAN GROUP LIMITED reads like a parent company, which means the important work is likely elsewhere inside the group.
