G & S SHOPFRONTS LTD

G & S SHOPFRONTS LTD is the sort of business that exists in the background of high streets, fitting glass, frames and fronts rather than selling anything to the public. By our assessment, it is a practical trade company, not the kind that needs glamour, and its value lies in getting entrances and displays built cleanly and to size. The downside is that this work is narrow and hard to read from the outside, so a stranger sees little more than a name on a van or invoice. In practice, that usually means measuring, fabrication, installation and repairs, with all the patience that metal, glass and shop schedules demand. Compared with general builders, a specialist like this should be better at the details of frontage work, but it is not a one-stop outfit for wider construction. It suits people who need that specific frontage job done, and not people looking for a broad property contractor.
