Fujitsu

Fujitsu is the sort of company that matters most to people buying enterprise hardware, systems integration and old-fashioned corporate IT rather than consumer gadgets. By our assessment, it is at its best in servers, workplace infrastructure, services and the large, careful work of keeping business systems running. The downside is that this is not a flashy brand, and a lot of what it sells is invisible once installed, which can make it feel sober and technical rather than exciting. In practice Fujitsu tends to stand for reliability, integration and support-heavy contracts, especially in Japan and other business markets. Compared with consumer-tech names, it is much more infrastructure than spectacle. The catalogue’s Japan code matches that more industrial, business-first profile.
