Freebird Travel Agency

Freebird Travel Agency is the kind of company people use for arranging trips, not for glossy travel dreams, and that makes the name slightly more romantic than the work itself. By our assessment, the main strength of an agency like this is coordination: bookings, routes, and the annoying small pieces that turn a trip into something workable. The trade-off is obvious too, because an agency sits between the customer and the suppliers, so the experience depends on how well it handles changes and details. In practice, this kind of service is most useful when a trip has several moving parts and the person does not want to piece them together alone. It stands in the ordinary travel-agency space next to online booking tools and larger agency chains, with less glamour than the name hints at.
