Fidelity Investments

Fidelity Investments is the big investing house people turn to for retirement accounts, mutual funds, brokerage, and workplace savings plans. By our assessment, its strong point is the breadth of products and the fact that it covers both self-directed investors and the retirement-planning side of finance. The downside is that a large firm like this can feel sprawling, with fees, fund choices, and account types that take real attention to sort through. In practice it is a serious financial tool, not a slick app first and foremost. Against newer fintech brands, Fidelity looks older and heavier, but also more complete and more established. The catalogue records it in the United States, which fits its long presence in American investing.
