Fernandes Projetos & Construções LTDA sits in the project-and-build side of construction, where drawing, planning, and actually putting work on site are tied together under one roof. By our assessment, that combination is the useful part, because clients often want a single company that can carry a job from paper to finished structure without too many handoffs. The downside is the familiar one for this field: project names sound broad, while the real difference only appears in execution, supervision, and how carefully the work is coordinated. In practice, this kind of company lives on schedules, site visits, material choices, and a lot of ordinary follow-through. It is not a flashy category, and that is the point; compared with pure design offices or pure builders, it aims to bridge the gap between the two.
