FLOWERS, FELICIA

FLOWERS, FELICIA is one of those company names that tells you almost nothing on sight, and by our assessment, that keeps it in ordinary territory. There is no clear public shape to judge: no known product family, no obvious sector, no established reputation that a reader could recognize. The upside is that nothing here begs for suspicion either; the downside is that nothing gives substance to a real judgment. In practice, it is the kind of name you pass over quickly unless you already know the business behind it. Compared with a recognizable local firm or a major brand, it offers far less context and far less to compare. That makes the rating restrained, because the only honest position is to note how little can be said.
