FGF, LLC

FGF, LLC looks like an ordinary private company name, but without a clear public identity it gives very little away beyond being a legal business entity. By our assessment, that kind of blankness is the problem: the label tells you almost nothing about what it sells, whether it is a small operating firm, a holding vehicle or something that sits behind another brand. The upside of a plain LLC structure is flexibility and a simple corporate shell; the downside is that outsiders cannot read the business from the name alone. In practice, that means there is no public texture to admire or reject, only whatever line of business sits behind the letters. It is a wrapper, not a consumer-facing brand, and that is as far as a fair judgement can sensibly go.
