EJS BUILDING AND GROUNDWORKS LTD suggests a contractor that starts lower down the job chain: digging, preparation, foundations, drainage, and the rough base work that later builds rely on. By our assessment, that makes it a useful kind of firm for projects where the invisible part matters as much as the visible finish. The honest limit is that groundwork is often judged late, because much of the work gets covered over once the next stage begins. In practice this sort of company means mud, machines, levels, spoil, and a lot of preparation before anything looks finished. It sits alongside other local building contractors, but with more emphasis on the base stage than on decoration or final polish.
