By our assessment, the best thing about a firm like this is the depth of its market tools and the ability to handle complex financial work under one roof. The downside is that the service is necessarily formal and specialist-heavy, so it can feel remote if you are outside that world. In practice, that means long conversations, dense paperwork, and a business that is more about execution than about convenience. It is a serious securities business, and the name tells you straight away that this is not the place for casual banking needs.
