DR REFURBISHMENTS LTD

DR REFURBISHMENTS LTD clearly belongs to the building-trade side of the world, where small firms handle repairs, upgrades and fit-outs rather than full new builds. By our assessment, that kind of company is valuable when the work is hands-on and local, because kitchens, bathrooms, plaster, paint and finishes are all about neat execution. The downside is easy to name too: refurbishing firms can be as good as their tradespeople, and the result depends heavily on planning, scheduling and keeping a site tidy. In practice this is the sort of service people judge by the end result in a room, not by any glossy promise on paper. It sits between a general builder and a specialist decorator, so the range can be handy but the scope is not limitless. The name promises practical work, and that is usually the only thing that matters once the dust starts moving.
