DIRECT MAINTENANCE GROUP LTD is the kind of name you reach for when you want building upkeep, repairs, and routine site work handled without fuss. By our assessment, its strength is practicality: maintenance groups can cover the unglamorous jobs that keep offices, estates, and facilities working day to day. The downside is that the label is so broad it could mean anything from cleaning and minor repairs to full facilities support, so the name alone does not tell you what is really on offer. In practice this sort of company lives on call-outs, schedules, and the ability to keep small problems from becoming expensive ones. It sits closer to facilities services than to trade specialists with a single craft. That makes it useful, but very dependent on the actual team behind the badge.
