Canada Goose

Canada Goose sells heavy winter outerwear, especially parkas and insulated jackets built for serious cold, and that focus is the whole point of the company. By our assessment, its best feature is warmth without looking like pure expedition gear, plus a reputation for very robust build quality. The downside is equally clear: the coats are expensive, bulky and far beyond what many people need for an ordinary winter. In practice the brand is about weight, fill, fur-trimmed hoods on some models and the feeling of wearing something made to handle weather rather than fashion alone. Against lighter outerwear labels, Canada Goose sits at the hard-core winter end of the market. It makes sense for people who live with real cold and want one coat that does the job, and much less sense for anyone who only needs a mild-city layer.
