Campbell Drug and Pharmacy is the kind of neighborhood pharmacy people use for prescription refills, over-the-counter basics, and the odd bit of advice at the counter. By our assessment, its appeal would be plain practicality: a local place that does pharmacy work without the scale of a supermarket chain. The trade-off is that smaller pharmacies can have a narrower shelf and less of the extras that bigger chains pile on. In use, this category lives on short errands, insurance questions, and waiting while orders are filled. It sits squarely in the local-drugstore lane, closer to a neighborhood counter than a health-and-beauty megastore. Campbell Drug and Pharmacy makes sense when the goal is ordinary medicine pickup and straightforward service, not a sprawling retail trip.
