COUNT ON US

COUNT ON US reads like a service company that wants to sound dependable, and that is about all the name gives away. By our assessment, the appeal here is the promise of accountability, but the promise stays generic until a real line of work fills it in. That vagueness is the trade-off: the name is easy to remember, yet it tells a customer almost nothing concrete about what the business actually does. In practice, this kind of company name works more as a trust gesture than as a description. It sits in the broad middle of anonymous business names, below anything with a clear specialty and above names that are so awkward they are hard to repeat. COUNT ON US is the sort of label that only becomes useful once the company behind it has a recognizable service.
