CDP PROPERTY (NO 2) LTD

CDP PROPERTY (NO 2) LTD is a property company with the usual narrow remit: holding, managing or dealing in buildings and land rather than selling a public-facing product. By our assessment, the name is memorable mainly because it is unusually plain and includes the bracketed number, which makes it stand out on paper more than in practice. For anyone looking for a clear corporate label, that directness helps; for anyone expecting a visible service or consumer brand, there is little else to go on. It sits in the dense middle of property firms where the real work tends to be administration, ownership structures and paperwork. The downside is that this kind of company tells you almost nothing about scale, focus or quality from the name alone, so the first impression stays thin.
