CARBON RECRUITMENT GROUP LTD

CARBON RECRUITMENT GROUP LTD looks like a recruitment agency, and that is the part that matters: firms like this sit between employers and jobseekers, handling CVs, shortlists and the usual back-and-forth of hiring. By our assessment, it is the kind of company that can be perfectly sensible if you need a hiring middle layer, because recruitment agencies are useful when a business wants speed and a wider pool than its own inbox. The downside is the usual one for the trade: the service can feel generic, and quality depends heavily on who is doing the matching and on the sector it works in. In practice these companies live or die on follow-up, clear communication and whether the vacancies are real rather than decorative. CARBON RECRUITMENT GROUP LTD sits in the ordinary, workmanlike end of the market, not the glamorous end, and that is often exactly what this kind of thing needs to be.
