CAPACITY FITNESS LTD

CAPACITY FITNESS LTD points to the gym side of the fitness market, where the selling point is usually access to equipment, classes and enough room to train without much fuss. By our assessment, it sounds like a straightforward fitness company rather than a specialist coaching studio, and that gives it an ordinary but clear place in the category. The downside is that fitness businesses can be crowded and interchangeable unless they have a distinct programme, strong trainers or a very good location. In practice these places are judged by the feel of the floor, the upkeep of the kit and whether the class timetable actually suits a day-to-day routine. It sits among standard gyms and training spaces, and the name works best when the business is simple and no-nonsense.
