BUILDING MULTY SERVICES LTD

BUILDING MULTY SERVICES LTD is plainly the kind of name used by a company that wants to cover several trades under one roof. By our assessment, it points to a general building and services outfit rather than a specialist, which can be useful for small jobs that need more than one type of work. The weakness is also obvious: the phrase is so broad that it leaves the customer guessing about the actual trades, from maintenance to fitting and repair. In practice that can mean a convenient one-stop contact, but also a need for more checking before anything starts. It sits in the mixed middle of the market, where breadth is common and precision is rare. That makes it practical in a loose sense, yet not very informative as a public face. The rating is middling because the name says the business is broad, but not what makes it worth choosing.
